Aim your weapon at any human being. If you haven't already, this trophy can be completed at the beginning of Chapter 3, as aiming your weapon at Juan counts.
What Just Happened?
What Just Happened?
What Just Happened is one of three secret endings that can be unlocked. If you're playing as Edward and you have completed the All the World's a Stage Lagniappe set, which requires a playthrough with both Emily and Edward, you'll have the opportunity to give Grace a gift as she's preparing for the ritual in Chapter 5.

If you have completed The Hartwood Curse Lagniappe set—which requires a playthrough as both Emily and Edward—you'll unlock a secret cutscene with Jeremy if you interact with the hanging noose in the Attic during Chapter 4. This will pop the Nobody Knows What Happened trophy.
Radical Acceptance
Radical Acceptance
Radical Acceptance is one of three secret endings that can be unlocked. If you have completed the Dying with Dignity Lagniappe set, which requires a playthrough with both Emily and Edward, you can use Paint Thinner on your uncle's painting. It can be found on the wooden sideboard opposite the wardrobe in the small room behind the secret door in Dr. Gray's office.
Doing so will allow you to perform a set of actions during the final cutscene in Chapter 4. For more details, see our guide on How to Get All Secret Endings.
One of the Thousand Young
One of the Thousand Young
One of the Thousand Young is a secret ending that can be unlocked. If you're playing as Edward and have completed the A Goat Without Horns Lagniappe set, you'll have an opportunity in Chapter 4 to trigger an event that can change the game's ending if you perform the necessary actions during the ritual in Chapter 5.

Toss a Molotov Cocktail at enemies and watch as they burn. While there are plenty of opportunities to complete this trophy, we obtained it by tossing a Molotov Cocktail at the enemies that spawn in the Library after returning from the Hateful Mound. The Molotov can be found on the table, and due to the tight constraints of the room, missing your target is way less likely.
You'll also have notable opportunities during Chapter 2 when obtain the final medallion in the Cemetery, as you can run the enemies through fire.

To unlock the Shotgun in the Small Parlor, you must find all three Lagniappe collectibles—the Rubber Stamp, the Dog Collar, and the Fountain Pen—part of the Lost Children Set. See our guide on How to Unlock the Shotgun for all the details.

The Tommy Gun is rewarded for opening a safe in the Warehouse, which you visit during the Gallatin Street section of Chapter 3. To open the safe, pick up the safe combination from the cabinet and enter the following code: L4-R5-L4. Inside the safe, you'll find the Cargo Manifesto and the Tommy Gun.
